How does pricing work for single-day or multi-day events? +

LinkMy.Events is billed monthly, not per event. Whether you're hosting a one-day conference or a multi-day experience, your subscription remains active for as long as you need it.

Who counts toward my plan? +

Attendees, speakers, vendors, and other contacts who communicate through your event number. There's no hard cap, and your own team doesn't count.

What's a picture message? +

Any text message containing an image, video, or attached file, such as a PDF, counts as a picture message. Standard text messages, including those with website links, are unlimited on every plan.

Can I use the same number for multiple events? +

Absolutely. Your dedicated number can be used across multiple events, allowing you to manage communications without setting up a new number each time.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time? +

Yes. There are no long-term commitments or minimum subscription periods. You can cancel whenever you need to, and your contacts can be exported before your subscription ends.

Do you offer special pricing for agencies and event professionals? +
